Winkle’s commitment to the environment has no limits. At Winkle, a company belonging to Grupo Ecotisa, we believe in the circular economy. In the production of 3D filament, we do not throw away the excess material created, but we recycle and create a new recycled PLA HD filament for 3D printers.
Giving waste a second life has always been a clear goal at Winkle and after much testing and work new recycled 3D PLA filaments come to light. Therefore, this new collection is called RE because this commitment is based on “reduce, reuse, recycle”.
We reduce the amount of filament that is wasted, reuse waste to create new products, and recycle the filament, the boxes where we ship the filament, and the spools where we wind them.
With Winkle we have managed to make a niche for ourselves in the 3D printing market as manufacturers of filament working with our brand and for this reason, our latest innovation has been to launch recycled filament for 3D printers created by ourselves with the waste generated from production from other filaments.
